About Me
-
I'm 34 years old, and I live in Moscow, Russia, when I don't travel.
-
In 2013 I graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree of Specialist in Computational Mathematics and Computer Science.
-
In 2014 I was an intern in Microsoft Research, Cambridge, UK. I worked on a statistical comparison of Markov Chain Monte Carlo packages for the R programming language by running statistical models on the Microsoft Azure cluster.
-
Living in the UK for three months was a lot of fun, and since then, I like to live in other countries to experience local culture and life.
-
Since 2015, I'm a digital nomad and remote worker. With my wife, we visited 19 countries, and we don't plan to stop. We spent over two years living abroad combined. Countries I visited: 🇷🇺 🇪🇸 🇩🇪 🇮🇹 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 🇨🇿 🇲🇨 🇱🇹 🇱🇻 🇪🇪 🇵🇱 🇹🇷 🇦🇿 ðŸ‡ðŸ‡° 🇹🇠🇸🇬 🇰🇠🇺🇸

While traveling, I love to go hiking or long city walks. Nature and the rhyme of city life give me a pleasant sense of calm. Speaking of sports, I also like snowboarding.
-
Lately, I enjoy writing. It's the only way I can think deeply and reflect. It helps to structure my knowledge and share my views with others. Taking notes from books I read is a super productive way of learning.
-
One of my new hobbies is electronic music. I recently bought my first MIDI controller and started to learn to play on it.
-
I love playing computer games, although I'm not a hardcore gamer. My favorites are RPGs, but I can play pretty much any genre these days.
